Pre-competition massage can be performed as early as 48 hours before competition.
Post Competition Massage.
Will help to flush out the toxins and lactic acid built up during exercise which in turn will help to prevent muscle soreness and will speed recovery.
It can help to reduce swelling and promote faster healing.
Massage can also help an athlete to relax after their competition and allows them to mentally recover ready for the next event.
